Accessibility Statement
What we have done, what is still hard, and how to tell us
Template - not legal advice. This document was written for Indoria Technologies Private Limited to match how the software actually works. Have an advocate in India read it before you rely on it.
Effective date: 25 October 2026. We want people with different abilities to be able to use Indoria Munim. We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We have not had an independent accessibility audit. This statement is our own check.
What works
- The website and the account, Drive, sign-in and Munim screens can be used with a keyboard, show where the focus is, and have a skip-to-content link.
- Text is readable at 200% zoom. The screens fit a 390 px wide phone without sideways scrolling.
- Light and dark colour schemes follow your device. Text and background colours keep strong contrast.
- Pictures that carry meaning have descriptions. Buttons and form fields have labels.
- Hindi and English text is supported throughout.
What is still hard
- The editing areas of IndoWrite, IndoGrid, IndoSlide and IndoPDF are drawn for mouse, touch and keyboard. A screen reader will read documents but not all menus and spreadsheet cells well. We have not tested with all screen readers.
- Charts and slide diagrams do not yet have full text descriptions. You can add alt text to pictures and slide objects.
- Signature drawing needs a pointer or finger. You can type your signature instead.
- Voice typing depends on your browser.
Tell us
If something blocks you, write to contact@indoriamunim.in and say what you were doing and which device or screen reader you use. We reply within 5 working days and tell you what we can do and when. You can also use the Grievance Procedure.
