Terms of Service
The agreement for using Indoria Munim
Template - not legal advice. This document was drafted for Indoria Technologies Private Limited to match how the software actually works. Company details are filled in. Have an advocate in India review it before launch, especially the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 sections, the handling of students under 18, and the limitation of liability.
Effective date: 6 November 2026. These Terms are a contract between you and Indoria Technologies Private Limited ("Indoria"). By creating an account or using Indoria Munim ("the Service") you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
1. Your account
- You must give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or be a student under 18 whose school, college or organisation has arranged the account and obtained parent/guardian consent as the law requires.
- Tell us at once at contact@indoriamunim.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Organisations and administrators
- An organisation owner chooses which apps members may use, invites and removes members, and can see member details, file names and sizes, activity records and usage counts as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The organisation is responsible for its members' use, for lawful grounds to process their data, and for parental consent for minors.
- If an organisation suspends or removes you, your access ends but the organisation keeps the files it owns.
3. Your content
You own your files. You give Indoria only the permission needed to store, back up, display to you and the people you share with, and transmit them to run the Service. We do not use your files to train AI models and do not sell them. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it or the law.
5. Plans, fees and storage
The Free plan has the storage quota shown in Admin. Paid plans (for Indoria Munim: Standard and Business; for Indoria Munim: Shop, Business, Manufacturer and CA partner) and their prices, are set out in the Order Form or on the price list in force on the order date; billing and refunds follow the Refund, Cancellation and Billing Policy. We may change quotas or features with at least 30 days' notice for existing organisations.
5A. Indoria Munim: your business records
Indoria Munim helps you prepare bills, stock, accounts, payroll figures and files for the GST portal and Tally. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, for choosing the right tax treatment, for filing your returns on time, and for checking every e-invoice and e-way bill file before you upload it. E-invoice and e-way bill are prepared as files for you to upload on the government portal; Indoria does not file anything for you and cannot promise the portal will accept a file. Payroll figures (PF, ESI) are calculations to help you; check them against the current rules. Indoria Munim is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Sales entered with no internet are held on your device until they reach the server; keep the device until the sale shows as sent. Plan limits (people, branches, bills in a year, WhatsApp messages sent by Munim) are shown on the plans page and inside the product; when a limit is reached you can still read and export everything.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the Service. Apps keep working offline on your device, but cloud features need the server. Keep your own copies of important files.
7. Intellectual property
Indoria owns the Service, the software, the names Indoria Munim, IndoWrite, IndoGrid, IndoSlide, IndoPad and the logos. Use of the software is under the End-User Licence Agreement. Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are trademarks of Microsoft; Indoria Munim is not affiliated with Microsoft and only reads and writes the open .docx, .xlsx and .pptx formats.
8. Ending
- You may delete your account any time (Account > Delete my account).
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or after 30 days' notice for any reason. We will let you export your data first unless the law or an urgent security issue prevents it.
- Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, liability, disputes) continue after ending.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". Indoria is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if the Service is free. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first discussed in good faith for 30 days. If they are not settled, they go to a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement of the parties (or, failing agreement, by the court) under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, in English. The courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction for anything the arbitrator cannot decide. Consumers keep any rights that cannot be waived.
11. Changes and contact
We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them. Contact: contact@indoriamunim.in; Grievance Officer: see the Privacy Policy.
