Delivery and Activation Policy
How you get the software after you sign up or pay
Template - not legal advice. This document was written for Indoria Technologies Private Limited to match how the software actually works. Have an advocate in India read it before you rely on it.
Effective date: 25 October 2026. Indoria Munim is a software service. Nothing is shipped. There are no delivery charges, no courier and no physical goods.
1. How you receive the service
- In your browser: sign in at the address on our website. Nothing to install.
- Windows: download the installer from the download page. It is a normal setup file.
- Android: install from Google Play, or download the APK from the download page.
- On your own server (organisations): we send a download link to the server package and a setup guide to the email address you gave. The link is valid for 14 days.
2. When it is activated
| You get | Activated |
|---|---|
| A Free account | Immediately after you create your account. Confirm your email so we can help you if you lose your password. |
| A paid plan | At once after the payment succeeds. You get an e-mail and the plan shows in the product. If the confirmation is delayed by your bank, it is applied automatically when the bank confirms. |
| An invited team member | As soon as they accept the invitation, which is valid for 7 days. |
| A server package and set-up help | The download link is sent within 2 working days of the order. Set-up help is by appointment. |
3. If something does not work
- If a paid plan is not active after 1 working day, write to contact@indoriamunim.in with your payment reference. We will activate it or refund you.
- If you paid and the service cannot be delivered, you get a full refund. See the Refund, Cancellation and Billing Policy.
- Planned downtime and support hours are in the Support Levels document.
4. Availability
The service is for use in India. You need an internet connection, except where an app works offline. We do not promise that the service will always be available. The Support Levels document says what we aim for.
