How the channels work
- A customer who comes straight to us is looked after by the Indoria Munim team (the direct channel).
- A client who comes through a CA firm or a reseller is looked after by that firm.
- Indoria sits above both as the super admin, and can move a client from one channel to another.
Privacy line
A partner sees who the clients are and how much they use. A partner cannot read a client's files, bills or customers. This protects the client, and it protects you.
