Your account and administrators

You

• Account menu: change name or password, see where you are signed in, sign out other devices, turn on two-step sign-in.
• Download my data gives you a copy. Delete my account removes your files after 30 days.

Administrators

• Add people by email invitation. Invitations last 7 days and work only for the invited address.
• Choose which apps each organisation can use. Check the activity log. Suspend a person if needed.

Partners (CA firms)

• The Partner console lists your clients, lets you add, suspend and reactivate them, and shows your sign-up link.
• You cannot read a client's files, bills or customers.
