Common messages

"This organisation has not enabled this app": ask your administrator to switch it on.
Account locked: wait 15 minutes or reset your password.
"Cannot reach the server": check the internet. Open apps still work; save to your device and upload later.
File too large: the limit is 50 MB a file. Check your storage in Account.
Invitation link invalid: links last 7 days. Ask for a new one.
Blank window on Windows: press F12 to see the console, and check the server address under File, then Change server.
