Getting started

Create your account

  1. Open the address you were given, or start with Start free on this site.
  2. Choose "Create an account". If you were invited, use the link in the invitation email.
  3. Sign in. The home page shows the apps your organisation has switched on.

Install the apps

  • Browser: use the browser menu, "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
  • Windows: run the installer and answer one question, student or business.
  • Android: install from Google Play.

Indoria Cloud and Drive

  • File, then Save to Indoria Cloud. After that Ctrl+S updates the same file.
  • Drive lets you upload, rename, share, see versions and restore from the bin for 30 days.
  • Sharing options: private, organisation can read, organisation can edit.
  • If a file says someone else saved a newer version, reload it, copy your changes, or save yours as a new file. Nothing is overwritten.

Run it on your own server

  • You need a computer with Node 22.5 or newer, or Docker. There is nothing else to install.
  • The Deployment Guide in the manuals explains the settings, the backup command and how to put it behind HTTPS.
